The Pumpkin Patch at First Christian Church - Come by to walk through the pumpkin displays, take family photos, read an autumn story to your kids and enjoy a few lawn games. Ruibal’s Rosemeade Market 7th Annual Fall Festival - Ruibal’s annual autumn extravaganza returns with a hay maze, corn house, pumpkin decorating, face painting and more.  As always, Ruibal’s will have an extensive selection of pumpkins, gourds and fall plants perfect for your front porch. Bring the camera for lots of picture perfect backdrops.  3646 Rosemeade Parkway, Dallas.  October 24; 11am–4pm

St. James Episcopal Church Pumpkin Patch - Round up the family and head to St. James’ annual pumpkin patch to stock up on supplies for your autumn hearth. Free admission; pumpkins for purchase 9845 McCree Road, Dallas  October 3–31; Sun–Thu 1pm–7pm, Fri–Sat 10am–7pm

Autumn at the Arboretum Cinderella’s carriage presents the perfect photo op for little princesses and princes. Visit on Mommy & Me Mondays or Tiny Tot Tuesdays from 10am−2pm for special attractions such as a petting zoo, face painting, music and crafts. $15 adults, $10 kids 3−12, free for kids 2 and younger. Pumpkins are available for purchase at the Pumpkin Patch. Through November 25; daily 9am−5pm

Flower Mound Pumkin Patch  - The original Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch has it all: two mazes (for small ones and “big kids”), bounce houses, cartoon cutouts, a pumpkin train, hayrides, train rides and playground equipment. Bring food for picnicking any time or buy from local vendors on weekends. Leashed pets are welcome. $5 parking, $1 walk-ins; free activities. Pumpkins on the Prairie - Bring the family to this not-so-average pumpkin patch for hayrides, a bounce house, temporary tattoos, games, a hay maze and face painting. Don’t miss the best autumn attraction for littles: catapult pumpkin launching. Free; pumpkins for purchase 3521 Main St., Frisco. October 3−31; Mon−Fri 1–7pm, Sat−Sun 9am–7pm

Hall’s Pumpkin Farm Come to a working farm and pick your pumpkins off the vine, or snag a pre-picked one from one of the vignettes around the farm. For a little extra, hop on a tractor-pulled hayride on the weekends or test your wits in a two-acre corn maze. Kids will also love visiting the farm animals. Free admission, corn maze $5, hayrides $3. Pumpkin Farm at Preston Trail Farms - What was once the Big Orange Pumpkin Farm has a new name and home. Pet and learn about more than 50 farm animals on this educational tour and pumpkin patch. Plus, there is a hay maze, hayride and roping pen.  $8 per person; free for children younger than 2.  15102 TX-289, Gunter 8am−8pm Monday−Sunday

Spooktacular Trail Extravaganza - Bring your trick or treat bags and walk a super spooky trail. Don't forget to wear a costume! Sponsors, vendors, and community organizations will once again be providing activities at their booths for the children to enjoy. Additional activities for night include kid friendly haunted house, carnival games, face painting, Glow 5K run/Monster mile and a ghostly hayride. Fees are associated with Glow 5K Run and Monster Mile.

Fall Festival, Haunted House, Beer Tasting - The Fall Festival will be held at the Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza and will feature a six-pony carousel, a longhorn photo-op, face painters, carnival games, hay rides, a petting zoo, arts & crafts by The Enchanted Artist, cookie decorating by I Like Big Bundts, a pumpkin patch station, and much more! 
Pumpkins will also be on sale. The Kiwanis Haunted House will open at 4 pm and will be $5 for everyone. Must be 21 or older for beer tasting. Participating shops will be identifiable by a neon orange flyer in the window.
October 17th 4pm - 7pm - Castle Hills Shops & Village in Lewisville

Tucker Hill Pumpkinville  - Photo vignettes, vintage farm equipment, a hay maze and pumpkins for purchase are available daily at this annual community event. Visit on a weekend for additional activities, such as hayrides, live music, food trucks, pumpkin carving and an all-new petting zoo. 2100 State Blvd., McKinney. October 18−31; Mon−Thu 10am−2pm, Fri−Sat 9:30am−5pm, Sun 1−5pm

Arapaho UMC Pumpkin Patch - Every year at the end of September, this church gets a load of pumpkins from the Navajo Indian Farm in New Mexico. Indian corn and gourds are also sold here, something you can't find everywhere else. Sales from these pumpkins benefit not only the church, but also the Navajo economy. Arapaho United Methodist Church 1400 W. Arapaho Road Richardson, TX.  Hours are Oct 1 - Oct 31st 10:00AM - 8:00PM, free to get in.

Blase Family Farm Pumpkin Patch - Visit this charming family farm for old-fashioned fun with a petting zoo, hayride, hay maze and — of course — an endless picturesque backdrop of pumpkins. Let the kids pet and feed a longhorn, goat and sheep before boarding the farm train to tour the 13-acre pine-filled property. Bonus: Your little pumpkin can have his or her next birthday party at the farm.  1232 E.
