Valentines Sucker
Repurposed Christmas Candy Canes
What do you do with left over candy canes ? Make Valentines Day Suckers of course !
- Candy Canes
- Lollipop Sticks you can get at Michaels or Joanns in the Baking section
- Baking pan
Heat your oven to 250 degrees and cook for 6 – 8 min depending on the candy cane some melt a little faster than others. I just did one first so I know how long it would take for the rest. Then after they have cooked for 6 – 8 min you just press the ends that are not connected together and push the stick in and let it cool for 10 min and it should be hard enough and be stuck together. Kind of a yummy and cute way to get rid of the candy canes. Put a small cello bag on with a cute ribbon tied around the bottom and it makes a cute little gift.
Have your say
