I Can plan a surprise

I Can let my spouse have some alone time

I Can be more patient with my spouse

These are just a few and they don't cost money and it doesn't take a big effort, it's just a big reminder to make a small jesture to show appreciation and love.

Each day we all pick our card.  It's fun shaking the cans and working as a family to be an I CAN unit instead of I Can't.  It is a great way to start our your day on a postitive note.  And we end the day by talking about how we achieved our I CAN card.
