I just love the look and feel of this dish. It goes with any kitchen pattern or decor.
For dinner I took what is usually a pot luck appetizer and made it into a main dish that would be perfect if you're entertaining guests this upcoming holiday season. I served these meatballs over mashed potatoes (or you could serve over rice) added a vegetable and watched my family devour it! Also the sauce is perfect as a gravy over the potatoes or rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Bag of Frozen Meatballs
- 1 Jar of Grape Jelly
- 1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce
In your Lodge round pot or 2.5 pot of your choice, mix together all 3 ingredients. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes. As your meatballs simmer, stir to make sure the sauces really mix in. (This can also be done in a crock pot set on low for 4 hours)
Serve the meatballs over a starch of choice or eat them by themselves.
